Writer Candace Bushnell moving out of NYC home

September 19, 2012 - Celebrity news sources report that Sex and the City creator Candace Bushnell may be calling for movers, as her Greenwich Village apartment has appeared on the market for sale. While she likely purchased the home for a steal, since it was reportedly a previously vacant mess, it has been listed with a $2.8 million asking price.

The chic-designed apartment is located at 45 East 9th Street, in a building that offers numerous amenities including doorman services, views of the city and water, while the unit sits on a higher floor. With two bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms and numerous upgrades it shouldn't be long before buyers are hiring moving services for the apartment.

Some notable features include floor-to-ceiling windows, a sunken living room, hardwood flooring throughout, a wood burning fireplace and marble throughout the kitchen in addition to top-of-the-line appliances. Photos of the home showcase a blend of modern design, while a white and pink color palette gives the home a fun and flirty feel.

While it has not been reported where she will be relocating to, she won't be moving in with her now ex-husband.
