Actor Hayden Christensen selling Studio City pad

October 5, 2012 - Star Wars fans may be surprised to hear Anakin Skywalker, also known as actor Hayden Christensen, may be calling for a moving company and selling his house in Studio City. While public records show the home last sold in 2003 for $1.425 million, the Los Angeles Times reports it has appeared on the market with an asking price of $2.65 million.

The three-story house was constructed in 1990 and offers 6,302 square feet of living space including five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The modern-style home sits on just under an acre of land, offering plenty of privacy to potential buyers looking to start moving boxes in.

Other notable features of the home include three fireplaces, high ceilings, a step down living room area and an elevator with direct access to the master suite that takes up the entire third floor of the house.

While his roles in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith have provided him with plenty of funds to pay for movers, other films including Jumper and Takers could help cover the costs of furnishing a new house.
