Actress Linda Hamilton terminates mortgage for Malibu home

September 25, 2012 - Hollywood actress Linda Hamilton will no longer enjoy the ocean view of her former Malibu home, as the Los Angeles Times reports she has sold it for $4 million after initially listing it for sale for $5.495 million earlier this year. Public records don't reveal how much she purchased the home for, however, she has been living in the home for a long time.

The buyers who will be moving boxes into the gated villa will likely enjoy the privacy offered by the 1.1 acre property, while the open floor plan of 4,754 square feet of living space may have also prompted them to call for movers. With five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, the single-story home offers direct access to the beach, plenty of parking for friends, a bar, tall wood-beamed ceilings and multiple fireplaces.

According to the source, there is also a separate guest house, while multiple outdoor patios and a swimming pool make the home perfect for entertaining guests when the weather is nice.

While it has not been reported where she will be moving to, her role as Sarah Connor has allowed her other opportunities, including a starring role in the soon-to-be released Right Next Door.
