Moving boxes delivered to your door

October 19, 2010 - Moving can be a hassle and locating boxes before a move and figuring out what to do with them afterward only adds to the stress.

FranchiseWire.com reports that Australia based, Hire A Box, a franchise that has launched in the U.S. under the name, Rent Your Boxes, provides sturdy, cardboard moving boxes to rent for residential as well as business relocations.

What sets them apart is that the customer only needs to call to order the boxes and the company delivers them right to the door and picks them up within three months of delivery, returning the customer's deposit if the boxes are in good condition and bringing them to the next customer, states the news agency.

Dick Rennick, president and chief operating officer of the company, said, "People have needed cardboard boxes – and loathed the task of finding them and dealing with them – for years. Finally, there's a service that makes the whole process a snap – both for the customer and the business owner," according to the news agency.

Those thinking of moving ought to consider how many boxes might be needed before calling for moving quotes. A little organization beforehand may alleviate a lot of headaches during the relocation process.
