Tatum O'Neal moving out of New York City home

April 13, 2011 - Actor Tatum O'Neal will be hiring a moving company and selling her New York City property, according to a report.

Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker says O'Neal has put her two-bedroom Manhattan condominium on the market for $1,495,000, just a bit higher than the $1,425,500 she originally paid for it in 2006. The report adds the condo is located in New York's Forward Building, which was once home to the "Jewish Daily Forward" newspaper.

The buyer moving into the property would enjoy direct access to the condominium via an elevator, an open concept living and dining area and an elaborately-designed shallow dome ceiling. At 1,435 square feet, the condo's $2,706 monthly fees also covers services such as a 24-hour doorman and access to a rooftop terrace.

It's unclear yet where O'Neal will be relocating, said the report.

The 47-year-old actor may be best known for being the youngest person ever, at age 10, to win an Academy Award for her performance in "Paper Moon," in which she starred alongside her father, Ryan O'Neal.
