Windows
The maintenance and repair for windows is important to ensure they serve their purpose of bringing sunshine and fresh air inside and keep rain and cold weather outside.

There are many different types of windows. Some slide, some swing open and others have no working parts such as pictures windows. Wood frames can be made from a variety of materials such as vinyl, metal or wood. Wood frames require painting but vinyl and aluminum are pretty much maintenance free. Wooden windows are generally preferred in cold climates as metal conducts cold.
